Venue Measurements

We often receive questions regarding the size of items in our venue.  We thought you might find it helpful to have all of these measurements in one place! 

Barrels

The Tops of the Barrels are 20”. These make great guest book tables or to place your seating chart on top of as well up in the cocktail area. There are two of these barrels at the cocktail space. two by ceremony space or can be in the covered bridge instead and then there are two more inside of the reception barn.

Wooden Doors

The opening is 5 feet wide and 80” Tall. The total height is 8 feet tall and 9 feet wide

Dark Wooden Arbor

The opening is 78” wide and 92” tall. The total height is 8 feet tall and 85.5” wide.

Light Wooden Arbor

The opening is 81” wide and 79” tall. The total height is 7 feet tall and 84.5” wide.

Metal Round

This is 18 feet around; we suggest you order 20 feet of garland to cover the ring.

Aisle

If you are contemplating using a runner, we suggest a 50 foot long, three-foot-wide runner. The aisle is 6 feet wide, the chairs are put out in rows of 16 with 8 on either side of the aisle. There are a total of 9 rows giving you 144 seats.

Service Tables

One, 8-foot-long, five 6-foot-long, and Two 4-foot-long rectangular tables are available for your head table, buffet tables, DJ, gift table, etc.  For head tables seating 8 - 12, we recommend the use of three tables.  For 12 - 16 guests at your head table we recommend using four rectangle tables.  In most situations we recommend using three 6-foot-long rectangle tables for your buffet.  Six-foot tables will need linens that are 90 x 132 and the eight-foot tables need linens that are 90 x 156

Cocktail Tables

Six, 36-inch-round and 41-inch-tall tables are available for your use. These can be with or without linens.

Sweetheart Table

One- 7-foot wide,40-inches deep and 30” tall rustic, solid pine, antique farmhouse table.

Guest Tables

Fifteen, 72-inch round tables are available for your use. These tables do require tablecloths and can comfortably seat 10 adults.  If you want your tablecloths to reach the floor, choose 136-inch round tablecloths

Demilune Table (half-moon table)

One- 60-inch long, 30-inch deep and 30-inches tall. This table will need a linen, you can order a 120” round linen, this will have extra in the backside of the table if you do not order a special 1/2 moon linen. This table is great in for large seating charts, guest book and gifts table.

Accent Wall Behind Sweetheart Table

This is the wood herringbone accent wall directly behind the sweetheart table, it is 9-foot wide and 9-foot tall

Green Accent Wall-Outside

This wall can be used as your photo-selfie station, it is 8-foot wide and 11-feet tall. This is located in the cocktail hour area.

Main Barn Door Entrance

The opening of the reception barn is 180” wide and 12-foot tall, if you a choosing to order your own curtains to add a different color. (we need these a week in advance to a Wisteria Cottage and Barn team member can hang them)
