Linen Options and Details

We have been able to partner with a third-party linen company in our area here at Wisteria Cottage and Barn to be able to provide a variety of colors and options for your linens. With this being said there are a few important details that we want to ensure that you keep in mind before making your color selection.

1. Colors may not look the same on your screen as they do in person! Feel free to ask us at an open house to see a color swatch book.

2. Availability of colors can change, please check before planning everything around this one color, as well if you are looking for a specific color, please let us know and we can see if they offer it as well.

3. Linens and napkins are available in a variety of colors, but not all linens and napkins are available in all colors. Please check with us to confirm the availability on colors.

4. The rental fee for linens is: $425. for up to 120 guests. Napkins are $75. for up to 120 guests. All guest counts should include the wedding party.

5. The Linen setup is completed by Wisteria Cottage and Barn staff. Napkin setup will be completed by your decorators.

6. We do have a backup set of linens and linen napkins, they are white. This is in case something happened with the supplier, if this would be a deal breaker, please don’t rent linens through us. We would never want to disappoint you!

7. Linens Color choices MUST be made by the deadline in your Wisteria Cottage and Barn online wedding planner. If you add tables later than that deadline due to an increase in headcount, we may or may not be able to secure additional linens, so please DO consider that deadline to be FINAL.
